Simple Details in Virginia Beach, a premium automotive protection and performance studio, seeks a Part-time Receptionist. You will greet clients, answer and route calls, and keep client records accurate while coordinating with the Service Advisor and Operations Team.

Role emphasizes professional communication, data entry accuracy, and maintaining a clean lobby. The position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to grow into client-experience roles while receiving system training.

Qualifications

• Front-desk experience in automotive industry strongly preferred; customer service or hospitality also considered.
• Clear, professional communication on phone and in person.
• Comfortable with tablets, scheduling software, and accurate data entry.
• Able to commit to a fixed morning or afternoon shift and every other Saturday.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and route each caller to the right team member
• Take complete messages and log callbacks
• Relay client questions between clients and our Service Advisor accurately
• Greet guests on arrival and keep waiting clients informed
• Check clients in and out, including vehicle check-in photos and signed documents
• Enter client and vehicle information into scheduling and CRM systems accurately
• Clean and restock restrooms and keep lobby presentable throughout your shift
• Complete opening or closing duties based on your shift
