Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer service or admin experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic math and payment handling skills.
• Flexible availability (including weekends if needed).

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule vehicle detailing appointments and manage the booking calendar.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Process invoices, payments, and issue receipts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile transactions.
• Order and track office and detailing supplies.
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide service overviews.
• Explain detailing packages, pricing structures, and service timelines.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell additional detailing services or maintenance packages when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk and waiting area.
