Revive Auto Spa in Burbank, CA seeks an energetic Manager to lead the front desk and drive sales of detailing and ceramic coating services. You will greet clients, educate on offerings, prepare quotes, and coordinate with technicians.

This role blends luxury customer service with consultative selling, requiring strong communication, organization, and familiarity with scheduling software and CRM tools.

Formación

• Prior sales or customer service experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical services clearly.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage client records and quotes.
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English (native) and Armenian.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/text.
• Educate clients on ceramic coatings, paint protection film, window tinting, detailing packages, and maintenance plans.
• Prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with technicians for smooth job flow and client satisfaction.
• Upsell services based on customer needs and vehicle type.
• Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby/reception area.
• Assist with light administrative duties and inventory tracking.
