Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical services clearly.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage client records and quotes.
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English (native) and Armenian.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/text.
• Educate clients on ceramic coatings, paint protection film, window tinting, detailing packages, and maintenance plans.
• Prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with technicians for smooth job flow and client satisfaction.
• Upsell services based on customer needs and vehicle type.
• Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized front lobby/reception area.
• Assist with light administrative duties and inventory tracking.
