Job summary

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Front Office Agent + Bell Attendant who greets guests, registers them, and explains accommodations and payments. This role requires a warm hospitality approach and the ability to handle check-in and check-out efficiently.

You will assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements such as tours, dining reservations and transportation, manage luggage, respond to requests via in-person, phone, chat or email, and work across Opera PMS and concierge systems to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or front office is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to guest requests with recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with pre-arrival arrangements such as tours, dining reservations and transportation.
• Transport luggage and provide hotel orientation to arriving guests.
• Manage guest interactions with high hospitality standards across multiple channels (in-person, phone, chat, email).
• Utilize multiple software programs including Opera PMS and concierge systems.
