Job summary

Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Memorial City property. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on personalized service in a luxury environment.

The role requires strong communication, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused hotel setting. On-site work with opportunities for growth within our Front Office team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor in a luxury service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Promote hotel services, upgrades, packages, and loyalty programs.
