Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, presentation, and guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service to assigned rooms and suites according to luxury standards.
• Refresh beds, linens, towels, amenities; prepare room for evening occupancy.
• Remove trash, restock supplies, refresh ice buckets as needed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues; report concerns promptly.
• Assist with special projects, deep cleaning, VIP room prep, and other duties as assigned.
