The Jay, Autograph Collection is San Francisco's newly renovated luxury hotel seeking a front desk associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle payments, and provide local information in a fast-paced environment.

We value friendly, professional interactions, accuracy in processing transactions, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to input information into a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office and perform duties.
• Proficient in basic calculator-based math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, sincere welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information at check-in/out.
• Handle payment processing and balance a house bank.
• Assist guests with requests and local information.
• Resolve guest issues with calm, professional diplomacy.
• Maintain accuracy in reservations and room assignments.
• Provide courteous service and promote brand programs.
