International Cosmetics and Perfumes seeks a Fragrance Specialist for Saks Fifth Avenue Boston to deliver an elevated Creed experience. You will drive sales, manage events, and promote brand presence across the store while upholding the company’s values of transparency and accountability.

The role requires strong retail experience in luxury cosmetics, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with the Creed team and management to meet sales goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience; fragrance/beauty/luxury preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, planning and organization for events and launches.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools and systems.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a retail environment.
• Physical ability to move in-store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Champion Customer Experience and drive in-store sales for Creed.
• Support the Creed sales team to meet or exceed store-level goals.
• Achieve personal sales targets for Creed and intersell initiatives.
• Assist with presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Lead or participate in department and store meetings with management.
• Collaborate with manager and team to operate day-to-day business.
• Execute event presell goals and setup; open/close if required at boutique.
• Maintain brand standards and retail presentation in the store.
