Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience demonstrating strong sales in retail/fragrance industry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of reporting tools/systems.

Aufgaben

• Champion customer experience and drive sales strategy for Creed products.
• Drive store-level sales plan and support Creed sales team to meet targets.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support presell launches and events.
• Execute market calendar actions and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness.
• Attend and support department and store meetings with management.
• Collaborate with management to drive all aspects of the business.
• Open and close duties if located in a boutique.
