Job summary

Creed at Saks Fifth Avenue NYC is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Fragrance Specialist to deliver a branded customer experience and drive sales goals. You will engage customers, support presell launches and events, and collaborate with store teams to uphold Creed's standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in retail/fragrance or luxury goods, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is a non-exempt, part-time position in a boutique NYC setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred
• Strong sales experience in the retail/fragrance industry
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the customer experience while supporting store sales goals
• Execute the store-level sales plan and support Creed in intersell activities
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist with presell launches and events
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and deliver a branded experience
• Support morning and department meetings and collaborate with management
