Brobston Group is seeking a seasoned leader to run its Fragrance and Beauty boutique in Glendale, California, building a high-performing team and delivering an elevated client experience. You will drive sales and business performance through clienteling, events, and CRM, while upholding boutique image, operational standards, staff development, scheduling, stock control, and loss prevention.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, people leadership, and client experience skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; able to lift 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop boutique employees, including succession planning and performance reviews.
• Lead daily boutique operations, team communication, scheduling, stock management, budgets, and loss prevention.
• Deliver personalized client service, resolve client concerns, and develop client relationships and retention.
• Achieve sales objectives through clienteling, events, CRM, and local business development.
• Maintain brand image, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and service standards.
