The role requires strategic leadership on the sales floor, collaboration with HR, and a focus on succession planning, performance reviews, and mentoring. A Bachelor’s degree and luxury retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury retail teams and delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff through succession planning and reviews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and client experience goals.
• Own recruitment for all positions on the team, including freelancers, and ensure onboarding excellence.
• Drive omni-channel sales strategies across in-store, CHANEL.com, and events.
• Maintain CHANEL brand standards, visual merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Partner with HR on people policies and performance management.
