Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel property. The role leads all F&B operations, drives guest satisfaction, and optimizes budgets and menus in a high-end resort environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of F&B management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing costs and inventories in a hotel or resort setting. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
