The Hutton Hotel in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations within a luxury, music-inspired setting. You will manage budgets, develop menus, and supervise a high-performing team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in hotel F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of cost control and menu development. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Overview

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
