Formación

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in F&B management in hotels preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial and operating data to drive plans.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience creating and executing unique F&B concepts.
• Knowledge of industry trends and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
