Job summary

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Food and Beverage Coordinator to drive exceptional dining experiences and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily floor operations, maintain menu knowledge, and guide the team to uphold service standards.

The role requires 2 years of upscale food service experience, strong wine knowledge, and the ability to train staff. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of upscale food service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirit service.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school graduate. Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's values, fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure the highest level of guest service is consistently delivered in restaurant and bar areas.
• Coordinate with the Chef on daily specials and updates.
• Maintain opening/closing duties, update menu prices, and manage orders based on business levels.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of liquor brands, wines, champagnes, and menu items.
• Lead staff training, daily line-ups, and communication with the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Oversee staffing adherence to schedules and grooming/attire standards.
