Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of upscale food service experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirit service.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school graduate and able to communicate in English.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to obtain state/local certifications for food handlers or alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and mentor staff.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and quality standards.
• Ensure outstanding guest service in restaurant and bar areas.
