Job summary

Mott 32 Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at The Venetian Resort. You will support the General Manager, oversee daily FOH operations, and ensure elevated hospitality and guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Lead, coach, and develop the FOH team; manage reservations and floor flow with SevenRooms or OpenTable; partner with BOH on events and menus; build relationships with VIP guests and hotel partners; and drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Experience in high-volume, high-end dining environments.
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional, polished, and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations to ensure seamless and consistent service.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop the FOH team, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality.
• Oversee reservations, pacing, and floor flow using SevenRooms or similar platforms.
• Resolve guest issues with a calm, professional, guest-first approach.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, labor management, and performance reviews.
• Support financial goals, including revenue growth and labor/controllable cost management.
• Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure alignment on menu changes, service timing, and special events.
