Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Fashion Expertise based in San Diego to transmit the creative vision to Boutique Teams, delivering enchanting storytelling and exceptional service. You will drive interactive learning, coach on styling, and partner with leadership to sustain boutique performance.

Based primarily at Westfield UTC, you will develop boutique teams’ knowledge across collections, product knowledge, and luxury service standards while coordinating with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques in the market.
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to enhance personalized styling and client relationships.
• Lead styling development and monitor training effectiveness with feedback.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership to design onboarding and talent development programs.
• Collaborate with Fashion Expertise Home Office and market teams to drive client opportunities and KPI insights.
