Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Fashion Expertise based in the Rodeo Beverly Hills boutique. You will role-model CHANEL's vision, elevate client experiences, and drive learning for Style Advisors across multiple boutiques in the market.

With at least 5 years in luxury fashion or retail, you will coach teams, lead styling development, and partner with Boutique Leadership to ensure elevated service and product storytelling, including travel to partner boutiques as needed.

Qualifications

• Recognized styling expertise and a strong, confident fashion flair.
• Client-centered mindset delivering unforgettable experiences and lasting connections.
• Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching and evaluation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market.
• Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge and service behaviors.
• Animate styling training workshops and strengthen advisor confidence.
• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to align on KPIs and opportunities.
• Design onboarding and development plans with Boutique Leaders.
