Job summary

Chanel, Inc. seeks a Manager of Fashion Expertise based at South Coast Plaza and Neiman Marcus Fashion Island. You will transmit the creative vision, lead interactive training, and elevate client experiences across CHANEL boutiques in your market.

You will coach Style Advisors, develop talent, and partner with boutique leadership to sustain performance, travel between sites, and align local execution with CHANEL’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury fashion or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, with coaching and evaluation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling and build client relationships.
• Conduct on-site coaching and evaluations with boutique leadership.
• Collaborate with Fashion Expertise Home Office and boutique teams on styling development.
