Job summary

Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager to lead store sales and guest experience, with deep product knowledge in diamond fashion, gold, color, and timepieces. You will train staff, manage promotions, and partner with vendors to deliver consistent performance and education.

The role includes overseeing merchandise launches, leveraging clienteling, and ensuring top guest service while meeting store targets. Evening and weekend availability is required at times.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards. Sales must be one of the three.
• No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.
• DCA certified.
• Minimum six months with company or similar experience level with another company.
• Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and passing the quiz.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time).
• Attain sales and performance standards, events and promotions.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by prioritizing guest needs and follow-up via Clienteling.
• Match guests with the right team member and monitor guest flow.
• Oversee fashion and timepiece categories and train team on features and benefits.
• Coordinate vendor trainings and complete eLearnings and incentive submissions.
• Review weekly fashion/timepiece reports and plan training to improve results.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, scheduling, and updates.
• Address guest complaints promptly with management and assist in absences.
• Adhere to Signet Core Values and maintain attendance.
