Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and drive brand storytelling, styling, and customer experience in-store. You will elevate team capability, coach monthly, and align visuals with product launches to maximize performance.

You’ll lead styling, wardrobe building, and storytelling while focusing on clienteling and KPI-driven improvements across the team. This role reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Formación

• Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
• Strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop team.
• Strong clienteling and KPI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Fashion Category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate coaching, focus, and visual execution.
• Lead all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
