Job summary

Jared Jewelers seeks a Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager to lead fashion and timepiece sales, drive guest satisfaction, and train the team across diamond fashion, gold, color, and watches. You’ll act as subject matter expert and coordinate vendor trainings and product education provided by Signet.

Base pay is $17.13–$24.20 per hour plus commission; you will oversee merchandise launches, promotions, and training plans while ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Signet standards.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards; sales must be one of the three.
• DCA certified.
• Minimum six months with company or similar experience level with another company.
• Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and quiz with passing score.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales (40% time allocated).
• Promotes an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up via Clienteling.
• Collaborate with management to supervise fashion and timepiece merchandise and train team members.
