Job summary

Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager to join our upscale jewelry stores. The role focuses on achieving store and individual sales goals through expert knowledge of diamond fashion, gold, color jewelry and timepieces while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The position oversees fashion and timepiece sales performance, product education, promotions, training plans and vendor collaborations, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum three of five performance standards met, including sales.
• No Code of Conduct counseling in past six months.
• DCA certification.
• Minimum six months with company or equivalent experience.
• Complete training module and pass quiz.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and drive store sales.
• Promote store promotions and events while maintaining guest focus.
• Train team on fashion and timepiece merchandise and product benefits.
• Collaborate with management on recruiting, scheduling and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Support management during absence and handle guest concerns promptly.
