Chameleon Collective in San Francisco is seeking a Store Director to lead its flagship store. You will own the store end to end, from client experience on the floor to team leadership, operations and the numbers.

Represent the brand with exceptional service, product knowledge and a premium in-store experience. You will hire, train and coach the team, drive budgets and commercial action plans, and build a strong clienteling culture to grow loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience
• Background in luxury or elevated, fast paced retail preferred
• Strong business acumen and comfort owning a P&L
• A real coach who builds and keeps a team
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and hands on, with an eye for detail

A growing international fashion brand is opening its San Francisco store and looking for a Store Director to lead it. The brand is known for quality, craft and a distinctive in store experience, and this is a flagship moment for the market. You will own the store end to end: the client experience on the floor, the team, the operations behind it, and the numbers. You report into the US retail organization and work closely with the global headquarters team.
