The Level Group in Miami is seeking a hands-on Sales Assistant to support one of our in-house brands and help grow our US retail presence.

You will welcome clients, build brand loyalty, use product knowledge to drive sales, and collaborate with HQ to ensure exceptional service.

This role emphasizes clienteling, teamwork, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to keep the store organized and focused on customer outcomes.

As we continue to grow our retail presence in the US, we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our team in Miami, supporting one of TLG’s in-house brands.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent people management skills, and the ability to ensure operational excellence while driving business performance.

What you'll do:
