Job summary

Fourth Floor, an elevated womenswear brand, is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to manage wholesale and ecommerce order fulfillment, inventory, invoicing, and logistics across the United States.

You will work closely with the sales team, 3PL partners, retailers, and factories to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, inventory is forecasted, and supply-chain processes run smoothly. The role emphasizes process improvement and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or logistics.
• Strong Excel and inventory/order fulfillment skills.
• ERP experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
