Job summary

Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager who will own the Fashion category and lead brand activation inside the store. You will coach the team, drive visual merchandising standards, and elevate customer experiences through styling and storytelling.

You will develop talent, analyze performance, and align with store leadership to maximize sales while delivering Jared’s accessible luxury promise and exciting visual storytelling across fashion presentations.

Qualifications

• Luxury Fashion Manager oversees the Fashion category and brand activation in-store.
• Leads styling, wardrobe building, product storytelling and customer experience.
• Diagnoses performance gaps and coaches for improved results.
• Manages visual merchandising standards and fashion presentations.
• Drives KPIs and develops talent within the fashion team.
