Jared is hiring a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and lead brand activation in-store. You will style, build wardrobes, tell product stories, and coach the team to elevate the customer experience.

You’ll manage visual merchandising standards, drive displays, and align with product launches while partnering with leadership to develop talent and deliver strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail fashion experience with a focus on styling and wardrobe building.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to deliver consistent brand experiences.
• Strong storytelling skills to elevate product presentation and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion category, driving sales and standards across the team.
• Lead visual marketing and presentation to inspire styling and customer connection.
• Provide monthly coaching to develop fashion talent and daily habits.
• Activate the brand promise through styling, recommendations and moments.
• Drive KPI improvements such as ATV, attach rate and clienteling behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
