Jared seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the fashion category, lead styling initiatives, and elevate the in-store customer experience. You will drive storytelling, product presentation, and team development to deliver on brand promises and sales goals.

You’ll coach the team, manage visual standards, and collaborate with leadership to align launches with store priorities. This role rewards creativity and customer-focused leadership within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fashion merchandise and driving category performance.
• Strong styling expertise and ability to build wardrobe concepts.
• Proven coaching and development skills for store teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Fashion Category Lead performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate coaching and visual solutions.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion and maintain presentation standards.
• Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection.
• Drive KPI improvements (ATV, attachment, clienteling).
• Develop talent through monthly coaching and feedback.
