Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and lead brand activation within the store. You will drive category performance, elevate team capability, and bring the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll guide coaching, visual execution, and training to build confidence, creativity, and consistency across the team while partnering with store leadership to develop fashion talent.

Qualifications

• Own the Fashion Category Lead total Fashion category performance.
• Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching and visual execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion and own all Fashion displays and presentation standards.
• Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection.
• Drive fashion KPI improvements: ATV, attachment, clienteling behaviors.
