Job summary

Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category in-store and lead brand activation. You will coach the team, elevate visual merchandising, and craft compelling styling and storytelling that brings the Jared brand promise to life.

As a key leader reporting to the General Manager or Assistant GM, you will drive category performance, customer experience, and talent development to deliver accessible luxury and memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Own the Fashion category with responsibility for performance, standards, and customer experience.
• Coach and develop team capabilities with monthly feedback and training.
• Lead styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling to elevate the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Fashion category performance including sales and behaviors.
• Act as the expert in styling and product storytelling.
• Diagnose gaps and implement coaching and visual execution improvements.
• Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Deliver actionable feedback on styling and wardrobe building.
• Turn training into daily behaviors and habits.
• Drive key KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
