J Jared at Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category and lead brand activation in-store. You will drive performance, elevate team capability, and bring the Jared brand to life through styling, storytelling, and exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll coach monthly, manage visual merchandising standards, and guide product storytelling to inspire confidence and personal style across the team.

Qualifications

Experience leading fashion merchandise category in a retail store.
Ability to coach and develop team monthly.
Strong styling, storytelling, and customer experience capabilities.
Expertise in visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Drive sales and KPI awareness with clienteling focus.

Responsibilities

Own the Fashion Category Lead total Fashion category performance—sales, behaviors, standards.
Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
Diagnose performance gaps and activate coaching and visual execution.
Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion and all presentation standards.
Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection.
Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches.
Build team capability through monthly coaching and feedback.
Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express creativity through styling.
