Job summary

Chanel, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Manager of Fashion Expertise to translate the House’s creative vision into an unparalleled client experience.

Based mainly in the Chicago boutique, you will also support Neiman Marcus Chicago and Saks Troy boutique teams, mentoring staff and leading styling development across collections. You will coach Style Advisors, animate training workshops, and partner with leadership to elevate boutique performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Boutique Management requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver styling guidance and client service that elevates CHANEL’s luxury experience.
• Coach Style Advisors to build personalized style and client relationships.
• Lead in-boutique and off-floor training sessions on collections and savoir‑faire.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to implement development plans and KPI insights.
