Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques.
• Strong styling and client service background in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training sessions on collections and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling and build relationships.
• Develop onboarding and coach Boutique Leaders for excellence.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to align KPI and VOC insights.
