CHANEL in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager of Fashion Expertise to transmit the creative vision of the House to Boutique Teams, elevating storytelling, service, and the client experience. Based in Beverly Hills, you will support multiple local boutiques and bridge the Fashion Expertise Office with Retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge and service behaviors.
• Position CHANEL messages to match global vision while localizing for Beverly Hills.
• Support retail staff in transmitting CHANEL's fashion singularity.
• Promote monthly digital learning content and track completion.
• Foster a client-centric culture that builds authentic client connections.
• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling advice.
• Animate styling workshops and strengthen advisor confidence.
• Monitor styling training effectiveness via observation and feedback.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership to plan styling development and client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Home Office and Boutique teams to animate client styling appointments and KPI tracking.
• Identify training needs and tailor development plans with Boutique Leadership.
• Conduct on-site coaching and evaluations for managers and advisors.
• Recognize styling talent and support progression to Style Advisor or Retail Management.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leaders to drive growth and share insights.
• Support onboarding programs to teach CHANEL heritage and codes.
• Ensure onboarding content delivery and consistent CHANEL experience.
• Travel frequently across boutiques within the market.
• Demonstrate passion for CHANEL and its heritage; languages optional.
