• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling and build client relationships.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership and Fashion Expertise Office to drive learning and KPI improvements.
• Support onboarding and development of new talent; align with House heritage and codes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement market-wide strategies.
