Chanel, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Fashion Expertise in Bal Harbour to transmit the creative vision to Boutique Teams, drive styling development, and elevate client experiences.

This role coaches staff on knowledge, service standards, and fashion storytelling across collections, while partnering with leadership to sustain boutique performance. Minimum 5 years in related experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Recognized styling expertise and a strong, confident fashion flair.
• A client-centered mindset, delivering unforgettable experiences and lasting connections.
• Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with deep understanding of client expectations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver interactive learning on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to enhance styling guidance and client relationships across the market.
• Identify individual training needs and tailor development plans with Boutique Leadership.
• Collaborate with boutique leadership to maximize collection impact and address slow-sellers.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure CHANEL experience from day one.
