CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor for the Nieman Marcus Coral Gables boutique. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, driving conversion, and building lasting relationships with high-end clients.

You will work with a diverse sales team under boutique leadership to promote the CHANEL heritage and product offerings. The position requires a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering superior client service in luxury retail.
• Strong fashion product knowledge and styling ability.
• Ability to convert walk-ins to clients and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to clients.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain a can-do attitude in all situations.
• Handle repairs and coordinate alterations with follow-up to clients.
