Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in fashion retail.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and client service passion.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform front-of-house duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-ins into retained clients.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Process repairs and alterations intake and maintain follow-up communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty.
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays to support client needs.
