Job summary

CHANEL’s Denver boutique seeks a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and fashion expertise. You will deliver superior service, convert walk-ins to clients, and drive brand loyalty while collaborating with a diverse sales team and reporting to boutique leadership.

Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, maintaining high service standards, handling alterations, and contributing to revenue growth in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store presence.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Receive repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
