• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.

• Certification in luxury hospitality standards and service excellence is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills are essential.
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental training plans for all F&B employees.
• Conduct orientation, onboarding, and skills training for new hires.
• Deliver training on service standards, product knowledge, upselling techniques, guest engagement, and ops procedures.
• Conduct refresher training to ensure continuous improvement and consistency.
• Identify training needs through observations, audits, guest feedback, and performance reviews.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and progress.
