Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO seeks a Food and Beverage Trainer for upscale dining services. The role leads training programs, on-the-floor coaching, and menu knowledge sessions to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with Food & Beverage leadership to implement consistent service standards, conduct classroom and live-training, and monitor progress across outlets. Requires minimum 3 years in F&B and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Food and Beverage experience in upscale/fine dining environments.
• Experience in training, leadership, or management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, table service, and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for Food & Beverage team members.
• Train on upscale and fine dining service standards, etiquette, and menu presentation.
• Support fine dining venues by reinforcing elevated service expectations and product knowledge.
• Conduct hands-on training in dining rooms, kitchens, and service areas to ensure standards are understood.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers and leadership to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Create and maintain training materials, checklists, and documentation to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and track training progress.
