Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor at our property in Park City, UT. You will lead a talented team to deliver authentic, personalized experiences for guests and ensure exceptional service throughout every shift.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, monitor inventory, and uphold service standards to create lasting WOW moments for guests while collaborating with management and other departments. Join us and contribute to a culture built on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience in food and beverage operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills; Micros or other systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties
• Assist theDepartment Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of service standards
• Ensure food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
