Job summary

Rosewood Residences Lido Key seeks a Food & Beverage Service Steward to create seamless dining experiences across all outlets. You will support servers, bartenders, and culinary teams, contributing to guest satisfaction and polished service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Support exceptional Food & Beverage service across the Bistro, Lounge, Pool Terrace, Beach, In-Residence Dining, and private events.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Assist servers and captains by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables to ensure continuous dining room readiness.
• Support bartenders by stocking products, preparing garnishes, replenishing supplies, polishing glassware, and maintaining an organized bar.
• Assist pool and beach service teams with food delivery, beverage support, setup, and maintaining service stations throughout the day.
• Prepare dining rooms, service stations, and event spaces before, during, and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout all Food & Beverage areas while following Rosewood standards.
• Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service execution and timely guest experiences.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple outlets and adapting to operational priorities throughout each shift.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking, lifting and carrying trays, food, beverages, furniture, and service equipment, and maintaining an active presence across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
