Job summary

Salamander Collection is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at DŌGON restaurant and provide support to other outlets and the Banquets department. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and luxury service standards.

Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, and leadership to deliver exceptional service, maintain inventory, and ensure staff are trained and aligned with brand expectations in a high-end hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining, wine & spirits, cocktails, and hotel operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, supplies, and equipment for safety and service quality.
• Lead F&B managers and service teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll preparation discussions.
• Attend pre-shift lineups and train staff on products and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized storage, stations, and dining areas.
• Address guest feedback with timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversee inventory, including month-end counts and vendor compliance.
