Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Boston is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Operations to lead all F&B outlets, Banquets & Catering, In-Room Dining, and related storytelling experiences. This role partners with commercial teams to elevate guest experiences, drive revenue, and reinforce the hotel’s luxury positioning.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in a senior F&B role, strong financial acumen, and a track record of guiding teams in high-volume luxury environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for all F&B operations, including Banquets & Catering, In-Room Dining, and storytelling experiences.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
• Partner with Commercial team to drive awareness, revenue, and guest engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, labor and food costs, and capital expenditures.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing leaders; foster a culture of luxury service.
