• Minimum high school diploma or GED with relevant F&B experience.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field with 1 year F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations of F&B and culinary areas.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Supports self-inspection programs and reports malfunctions of equipment.
• Manages staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Promotes teamwork, communicates needs to staff and follows up for understanding.
• Coordinates cleaning programs across F&B areas and suggests improvements.
• Provides above-and-beyond guest service and handles guest concerns promptly.
