1 Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our PM shift operations across the property. You will motivate a large team, uphold luxury standards, and drive financial accountability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight of budgets and forecasts, and hands-on involvement in daily operations to ensure seamless service and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet F&B operations with strong financial accountability.
• Strong working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, labor management, P&L statements, purchasing controls, and operational planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, development, and service excellence.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, VIP service, event execution, and brand-driven hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of the Guidance Team during the late afternoon and evening operation with hotel-wide leadership.
• Oversee the overall hotel operation during the PM shift and support cross-departmental coordination.
• Reinforce service standards and address operational challenges in real time.
• Ensure a seamless guest and team member experience across the property.
• Lead large, diverse F&B teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
